On Sunday, December 3, 2023 at approximately 9:16 P.M., Monterey Police Officers responded to a report of a vandalism to a vehicle in the 300 block of Pine Street. The victim reported they were sitting in their vehicle when a male suspect approached and began to scratch letters into the vehicle.
