On November 13, 2023, at approximately 1:45 p.m., Monterey Police Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Alvarado Street, Monterey, regarding a strong-armed robbery that had just occurred. Dispatch advised that five suspects battered the victim and left the area on foot toward the ocean.
