On September 17, 2023, at approximately 11:25 p.m., Monterey Police Officers located Leslie Flores, 58, of Monterey, in the 400 block of Van Buren Street. Officers were previously aware and actively searching for Flores as he had one felony warrant, four misdemeanor warrants, and two traffic warrants for his arrest.
