City Council Study Session

The City Council Study Session meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 4 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 580 Pacific Street. Meetings are broadcast live on the Monterey Channel and streamed on the web. Study session meetings are used to provide information to the City Council and answer their questions to clarify issues. Study Sessions provide a setting for informal discussions between staff, consultants, board, commission, committee members and the City Council regarding specific programs, projects or policies.
