Apply for Open Positions on Monterey's Parks and Recreation Commission, Disabled Access Appeals Board, and Neighborhood and Community Improvement Program Committee
Get involved and impact your community! The City of Monterey is accepting applications from Monterey residents for volunteer positions on the following boards, committees, and commissions:
- Parks and Recreation Commission – NEW VACANCY! Accepting applications until end of day, April 25, 2022.
- Disabled Access Appeals Board – Accepting applications on a rolling basis until seats are filled.
- Neighborhood and Community Improvement Program (NCIP) Committee – Accepting applications on a rolling basis, until seats are filled, from residents interested to serve as alternates for the following neighborhoods: Aguajito Oaks, Alta Mesa, Deer Flats, and Skyline
Residents of the City of Monterey are encouraged to apply for these volunteer positions. Mayor Clyde Roberson will review each application and conduct interviews of the candidates prior to presenting his recommendations to the City Council for appointment.
