Slides from the Mid-Year Budget Adjustment presentation approved by City Council, March 1, 2022.
Highlights include:
  • Restoring two part-time to full time coordinator positions, one in Recreation and one in the Sports Center
  • Restoring two Police Officer positions
  • Increasing revenue projections for the NCIP by $534,000 for a new total of $3.9 million;
as well as adding Reserve Funds in the following areas:
  • Economic Uncertainty Reserve - $2.51M
  • Pension Reserve - $1M
  • Technology Infrastructure Reserve - $1.5M
  • Conference Center Reserve - $750K
  • Sports Center Facilities Reserve - $750K
  • Sea Level Rise Resiliency Reserve - $500K
