Kadria studied Ballet at the Paris National Ballet School where she learned that anything is possible with passion, patience and dedication! She has decades of experience in yoga, weight lifting, bike racing and pilates. Kadria is well-known in the Monterey Community for her infectious, welcoming personality and ability to make all levels feel encouraged in her classes. She advocates that we are all in this fitness journey together! Kadria teaches Barre Sculpt, Pilates Stretch, Core Express, Cycle + Sculpt, and Functional Strength. Take a class with Kadria!

Ashlyn is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and health professional. With over a decade of clinical experience in the healthcare industry, Ashlyn has developed a unique training style that incorporates a holistic approach to fitness. She is a strong believer that resistance training paired with balanced nutrition is the best medicine for the body. Ashlyn specializes in preventative healthcare, strength training and corrective exercise. She loves to work with clients of all ages and levels. Certified Group Fitness Instructor
As a certified AFAA Primary Group Fitness Instructor and Arthritis Foundation Exercise and Aquatic Program Leader, Melania loves motivating people to exercise and have fun at the same time! Melania grew up as a competitive swimmer and graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. In addition to swimming, she also has extensive experience competing in water polo, sprint triathlons and Tae Kwon Do. Her easy-going, empathetic and positive attitude allows her to assist people of all fitness levels and backgrounds. Melania teaches Zumba, Aqua Zumba and Bone Builder.
