Learn how to manage pain while enhancing your exercise performance. The event includes free chair massages performed by alumni of the MPC Massage Therapy Program.

The Monterey City Council recently approved the merging of the Parks Division with the Recreation Division to create a new Parks and Recreation Department. The Community Services Department was dissolved to make these changes possible.

The Monterey Amberjacks professional baseball team is back for season two in Monterey this summer. The season is scheduled to begin with two Spring Training workouts on Monday, May 21 and Tuesday, May 22. Opening Night is scheduled for Friday, June 1 at 6:30pm.
