NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Monterey invites sealed bids for furnishing the following:  Landscape Maintenance Job Order Contract.  This is a job order contract, which shall be used to provide the City with a readily available work force for all phases of landscape maintenance, including but not limited to weedeating, rough mowing, planting, mulching, sodding, irrigation repair/installation, pathway restoration, sand removal, litter removal, hauling of transient camp materials and railroad tie repair/replacement.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Monterey invites sealed bids for furnishing the following:  General Municipal Building Improvements On-Call Contract 2021 for Presidio Municipal Services Agency (PMSA) Projects.  This is a job order contract, which shall be used to provide the City with a readily available work force for repairs to existing facilities, new construction of projects less than $100,000 and emergency repairs as the City deems appropriate.  In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to repair, replacement and construction of any structure, shelter or enclosure and miscellaneous associated work at such times and locations as required.  The work shall be located in the Presidio of Monterey (POM), Ord Military Community (OMC), Camp Roberts, Department of Defense building (DMDC building), and Naval Postgraduate School.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION TRAINING - The City of Monterey is seeking proposals from consultants specializing in diversity and inclusion training and coalition building programs to provide multiple small group on-site training workshops to Monterey Police Department officers and administrators, and, separately, to all other City employees. Consultant shall be prepared to offer trainings via remote means for employees in a high-risk category for COVID-19, subject to City Manager approval, and to provide separate trainings for Police and for all other City employees. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City may need to modify the format to all remote training at short notice.
