Request for Proposals for Community Development On-Call Services

The City of Monterey (“City”) is seeking comprehensive proposals for professional services from qualified firms or individuals to provide planning, housing, environmental, economic development, and/or code enforcement on-call services for the City’s Community Development Department.  This solicitation is not intended to create an exclusive service agreement and multiple contracts may be awarded.  The selected consultant(s) will be contracted with for one year with an option for a two year extension.

CITY OF MONTEREY PUBLIC NOTICE CALL FOR SEALED BIDS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Monterey invites sealed bids for furnishing the following:  Citywide Road Surface Repair Project, Phase I.  In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, pavement spot repair of approximately 350,000 SF, crack sealing, placing of approximately 215,000 SF of chip seal, 815,000 SF of Type II slurry seal, 460,000 SF of Type III slurry seal, associated striping removal and replacement, refreshing of existing painted street markings, traffic control, and installation of necessary environmental pollution prevention requirements on various streets in the City of Monterey and Ord Military Community.
