The Community Development Department entitles most major private development projects within the City. The Public Works Department coordinates all public projects approved through the Capital Improvement Program and Neighborhood Improvement Program.
CITY OF MONTEREY PUBLIC NOTICE CALL FOR SEALED BIDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Monterey invites sealed bids for furnishing the following: Citywide Sidewalk Repair Project, Phase 4. In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of approximately 18,690 SF of Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) sidewalk and installing tree wells with pervious rubber surfaces at various location throughout the City of Monterey.
The City of Monterey (“City”) is seeking comprehensive proposals for professional services from qualified firms or individuals to provide planning, housing, environmental, economic development, and/or code enforcement on-call services for the City’s Community Development Department. This solicitation is not intended to create an exclusive service agreement and multiple contracts may be awarded. The selected consultant(s) will be contracted with for one year with an option for a two year extension.
