The Community Development Department entitles most major private development projects within the City. The City of Monterey is accepting proposals for a Compatible Use Plan for the Presidio of Monterey, Naval Support Activity Monterey, Defense Manpower Data Center Monterey Bay, Fort Hunter Liggett and Camp Roberts. Proposals are due no later than Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. to the City of Monterey Planning Office – 580 Pacific Street, Monterey, CA 93940 and must meet all requirements listed in the Request for Proposals.
