DESCRIPTION and PURPOSE OF PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION |

Renovate the Center by constructing a
new office space, upgrading the exterior doors to comply with
current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) provisions, upgrading
the emergency lighting system, and providing access to the
playground from the preschool.
