11/22/2016: Monterey Police Officers Save Despondent Mans Life

On Monday November 21, 2016, at approximately 4:07 p.m., Monterey Police Officers responded to the 300 block of Glenwood Circle in Monterey on a request from neighbors to check on the welfare of an individual who had not been seen recently.  A first floor apartment was flooded with water, which had originated in the second floor apartment where the individual lived.  News Release in PDF
