The Monterey Public Library is the largest public library on the Monterey Peninsula, with an extensive collection of books, magazines, newspapers, audiobooks, CDs, DVDs, Web services, microforms and unique historical collections.  The Library is a progressive, dynamic organization with a long tradition of innovative programming and a diverse range of community services.
The Monterey Public Library is a welcoming community, cultural and learning center for people of all ages.
