Reference Services
librarian and customer printingMonterey Public Library offers reference and referral service for all your information needs. Librarians are here to assist you with your questions anytime the library is open - in person, on the phone, and by e-mail.

We do more than answer questions. We also find obituaries, locate materials from other libraries, assist you in using our databases, provide library tours and instructional sessions for groups, and make reading recommendations.

If we are unable to find an answer, we will refer you to somewhere that can. Contact us for help finding the information you need, or start your own search with our helpful guides below.
