Design Standards and Guidelines direct the City’s decision-making process and provide the public with the City’s expectations and policy to assist with project design. In general, standards are mandatory requirements while guidelines suggest certain directions. The following Standards and Guidelines were developed by staff, along with the Boards & Commissions.
