The City of Monterey is seeking proposals for the performance of Real Estate and Property Management Services for the purpose of managing all aspects of the City’s various commercial leases and properties.  The submission date for proposals has been extended to Monday, July 21, 2014 at 5:00 PM.  Several questions have been received and answers have been posted below.  A list of current leasehold interests is also included.  If you would like to amend your submitted proposal, please contact Assistant City Manager Hans Uslar at (831) 646-3884 or uslar@monterey.org and your proposal will be returned.  If you are satisfied with your proposal, we will review as outlined in the RFP.
